We are currently looking into Firearms Accessories companies, Hunting and Camping Clothes/Gear companies, and Automotive Accessories companies. Typically, we do not like high-tech businesses. Our geographic focus is in North America.  

Even in those circumstances where we acquire the business as opposed to making a control position investment, we align ourselves with proven and committed management teams, who take or retain meaningful equity positions in their companies, to help build businesses of significant value. We do not make minority investments.

We help our portfolio companies attract talent to their companies and boards as well as focus on the initiatives that will create the most long-term value, including adding new products or services, expanding channels.
